Sands Skypark Observation Deck operates depending on weather conditions. In the event of rain or lightning, the Sands Skypark Observation Deck may be closed. Visitors can get a refund if they are on the deck for less than an hour because the place must be closed. Management has the right to close the Skypark Observation Deck at any time when necessary

Entrance to the Skypark Observation Deck is subject to availability. The waiting time to enter also depends on deck capacity

This ticket is only valid for one entry

Only children under the age of 2 years are allowed to enter without a ticket. In addition, all visitors must have an entry ticket

All visitors will be checked, including their bags, clothes and other belongings when entering the deck. Inspections can be carried out when visitors want to enter or leave the location

It is prohibited to throw any items from the Skypark Observation Deck. Visitors who violate these provisions may be removed from the location and handed over to the police
