The date cannot be changed, according to the date printed on the ticket
- Children's tickets: Age 4-11 years
- Smoking and eating are prohibited in the museum
- For everyone's safety and comfort, Please proceed according to the museum's instructions
- Children aged 0-3 years are allowed to participate for free as long as they share seats with adult participants
- A maximum of 55 participants can watch each performance. If the auditorium is full, please watch the next performance. There is a 30 minute break between each performance.
- The facilities at the museum are accessible for people with disabilities.
- You are allowed to use a camera inside. However, using flash and recording videos is prohibited.
- Osaka Amazing Pass holders are free to enter the museum (excluding shows)
- During peak season, holiday season, or when the museum is full, you may have to queue to wait your turn to enter
- The museum will close on 22-23 & January 29-30, 5-6, 12-13, 19-20, February 26-27 & March 5-6, 12-13, 19-20
