- The operator will only wait until 07:30 (sunrise) and 18:30 (sunset & dinner) for hot air balloon rides. If you arrive later than the specified time, you will be considered a no-show and no refund will be given
- Breakfast or afternoon tea can be enjoyed after or before the hot air balloon flight
