Please be in your hotel lobby at least 5 minutes before the pick-up time and show your confirmation voucher to the driver
The driver will wait up to 30 minutes from your pick-up time. If you are not present for pick-up and cannot be contacted, you will be considered a no-show and no refund will be given
Free pick-up and drop-off service is only available in the following areas: Dago, Setiabudhi, Braga & Asia Afrika, Kebon Kawung, Ciumbuleuit, Buahbatu, Gatot Subroto, City Hall, Padjajaran, and Pasteur
Shuttles outside the areas mentioned above are subject to an additional fee of IDR 50,000 thousand per car which can be paid in cash directly to the driver.
