While Mount Batur is fairly calm now, there have been many eruptions in the past, which explains the presence of lava fields oozing down the volcano's slopes. On this adventure, you will take a 4WD jeep to drive along Kintamani and explore Mount Batur. You'll pass black sand and hills made of lava, and admire the stunning views of the island from the edge of the volcano. You will also explore the majestic forest, and finally end the tour with a long, soothing soak in the healing waters of the Batur Natural Hot Spring. During the duration of this experience, you will hear incredible stories about the history of the area, as well as interesting information about its environmental features!
