1. Make sure your passport is valid for at least 6 months from the date of return.

2. Visa approval is entirely within the authority of the embassy and cannot be intervened by anyone

6. Destination country immigration has full authority to accept and reject arrivals. The travel agent will remain a liaison and bridge all processes if there is a rejection of the tour participant.

7. Once the Group Visa is Approved, tour participants cannot cancel or change the trip. (No Refundable)

8. If the visa application does not meet the specified requirements, the tour fee is completely non-refundable. (Non-Refundable)

9. Issued flight tickets cannot wait for an exit visa. It is expected to make a visa 1 month before departure (tickets cannot be canceled and without deposit refund)

10. If there is a rejection after 21 days, a 50% discount from the deposit will be given and if there is a rejection under 21 days, there will be no deposit refund and the participant must pay the remaining payment in accordance with the tour cancellation penalty. Travel is not obliged to provide proof

refund airlines, hotels, etc., because it already refers to the refund policy.

11. If deemed not to meet the requirements, we will direct you to make an individual visa.
